In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "mz356" refers to the online gaming platform operating at mz356.club, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible via the website.
• "Platform" means the mz356 website, mobile web application, and any associated software or services provided by mz356.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Member on the Platform.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully registered an Account on the mz356 Platform.
• "Services" means all products and features offered by mz356, including but not limited to the sportsbook, live casino, slot games, esports betting, and any promotional offerings.
• "Funds" means any balance held in a Member's mz356 Account, whether deposited in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or USDT (TRC-20).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive awarded to a Member by mz356 in accordance with the applicable promotion terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before associated winnings can be withdrawn, as specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process required by mz356 before certain account actions — including withdrawals — are permitted.
• "WIB" means Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used by mz356 for all operational and support-related time references.

To register and use the mz356 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. mz356 does not permit the use of its Services by individuals under the age of 21 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which your participation in online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. You bear sole responsibility for determining whether online gambling is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using the Platform in a professional or commercial capacity for the benefit of a third party, unless expressly authorized in writing by mz356.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mz356, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by mz356 due to a violation of these Terms.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any legal restriction that limits your capacity to contract, you are not eligible to use the Services.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only on the mz356 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering your Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. mz356 reserves the right to request documentary evidence to confirm the accuracy of registration details at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person. mz356 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

mz356 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the registration involves fraudulent information, a sanctioned individual, or a person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Clause 2.

mz356 is committed to operating a secure and compliant platform. As part of this commitment, all Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal is processed, and potentially at other trigger points determined by mz356's compliance protocols.

Documents Accepted for KYC

• Government-issued national identity card (KTP) or passport showing full name and date of birth
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence)
• Additional documents may be requested at mz356's discretion, including proof of payment method ownership

KYC Processing Time

mz356 aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents. Members will be notified via their registered email address once verification is complete or if additional information is needed.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request may result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality for the Account. mz356 will not be liable for any delay in withdrawal processing caused by a Member's failure to provide KYC documents in a timely manner.

mz356 accepts deposits via the following methods available to Indonesian Members:

Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)

• Bank Transfer: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja

Cryptocurrency

• USDT (TRC-20): Tether USD via the TRON network. No minimum deposit. Credit is applied after one network confirmation. mz356 applies no platform-side conversion fee.

General Deposit Rules

• The minimum IDR deposit is Rp 10.000 unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned (less any applicable transfer fees) where identified.
• mz356 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or network may apply its own transaction fees, for which mz356 accepts no liability.
• Deposits that fail to appear in your Account balance within 30 minutes should be reported to mz356 support via live chat or email, with the transaction reference provided.
• mz356 reserves the right to reverse or hold any deposit pending further verification if fraud, money laundering, or unusual deposit patterns are suspected.

mz356 targets a withdrawal processing time of under 15 minutes for fully verified accounts using supported withdrawal methods. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, network conditions, and any compliance review requirements.

Withdrawal Conditions

• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed (see Clause 4).
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. mz356 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 for IDR withdrawals and the equivalent minimum for USDT withdrawals as stated on the withdrawal page.
• Any active Bonus balance subject to an unfulfilled Wagering Requirement will not be included in a withdrawal until the requirement has been met.
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, mz356 may require the first withdrawal to be made via the same method up to the amount deposited, in accordance with anti-money-laundering best practice.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Indonesian public holidays. If a withdrawal is not received within the stated processing window, please contact mz356 support with your withdrawal transaction ID. mz356 will investigate and respond within 2 hours during normal operating conditions (WIB hours).

mz356 offers bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated at the point of offer, which supplement (and, in the event of conflict, supersede) these general Terms with respect to that specific promotion.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are available to eligible Members only. mz356 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses apply to real-money wagers only and cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash.
• Each promotion will specify the applicable Wagering Requirement, the eligible games or markets, the time limit for meeting the requirement, and the maximum withdrawal amount derived from bonus winnings.
• Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from a Bonus can be withdrawn. If an Account is closed before the Wagering Requirement is met, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• mz356 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, where circumstances outside mz356's reasonable control make it necessary to do so.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Where a Member claims more than one simultaneous bonus in violation of this rule, mz356 reserves the right to void one or more of the bonuses.
• mz356 reserves the right to withhold bonus payments or reverse bonus-derived winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Member has abused a promotion, exploited a technical error, or engaged in coordinated bonus abuse with other Members.

Seasonal & Local Promotions

mz356 periodically runs promotions tied to Indonesian public holidays and sporting events — including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Imlek, Indonesian Independence Day, BRI Liga 1 milestones, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures. Participation in such promotions is subject to the specific promotion terms published on the relevant promotional page and is open to eligible Members only.

All games and betting markets available on the mz356 Platform are governed by their respective game rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any inconsistency between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to the game in question.

General Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. mz356 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed, except where explicitly permitted by a specific market's rules (e.g., cash-out functionality where offered).
• mz356 uses certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology for all virtual games. Game outcomes are independently audited to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game session (including disconnection), mz356's system logs will be used to determine the game state at the time of the failure. mz356's decision on the outcome in such cases is final.
• Odds displayed on the sportsbook and esports betting markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds confirmed at the time a bet is accepted are the odds that apply to that bet.
• mz356 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using odds affected by a manifest error, technical glitch, or data feed failure. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the Member's Account.

Sportsbook & Esports Specific Rules

BRI Liga 1 matches, EPL fixtures, Champions League ties, and esports events on Mobile Legends MPL, PUBG Mobile, and Free Fire are subject to the specific market rules published on the relevant event page. Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets follow the rules set out on the sportsbook mix parlay information page. For voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, the standard Asian Handicap rules apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mz356 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their Account suspended or permanently closed, their Funds withheld pending investigation, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC, or during the course of using the Services.
• Creating more than one Account, whether in your own name or using another person's details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit bonus structures, or interfere with the operation of the Platform.
• Colluding with other Members, whether in live casino games or on the sportsbook, to generate artificial outcomes or exploit promotional structures.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not publicly available at the time of the bet.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform to facilitate any form of financial crime.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after legitimate losses.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without authorization.
• Abusing or harassing mz356 support staff in any communication channel.

All content on the mz356 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game assets, and user interface elements — is the property of mz356 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written consent from mz356.

The mz356 brand name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive property of mz356. Unauthorized use of mz356's brand assets is strictly prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mz356 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

mz356's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount of Funds held in that Member's Account at the time the claim arises.

mz356 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. mz356 will take reasonable steps to restore service in the event of an outage but accepts no liability for losses arising during periods of unavailability.

mz356 accepts no liability for any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, game statistics, or promotional content, where such information contains errors caused by third-party data providers.

mz356 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Members. The following tools are available to all Members via their Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure session duration alerts to manage your time on the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the mz356 Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration selected.

mz356 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, mz356 will provide reasonable notice to Members via a notification displayed upon login or via the registered email address associated with the Account.

Your continued use of the mz356 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request the closure of your Account and withdrawal of your available balance.

The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. mz356 recommends that Members review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mz356 is registered and holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Members are encouraged to contact mz356 support in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. mz356 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days (WIB).

Where a formal dispute cannot be resolved between the parties directly, Members may escalate the matter to mz356's licensing authority in accordance with the procedures set out by that authority. Details of the relevant licensing body are available by contacting mz356 support.
